What a beauty!

Red has been home for over a week now and everybody in the household is smitten with her. I spent a few hours today steam cleaning the interior and the engine bay to make her look pristine. It drives beautifully and feels very composed over rough pavement. In a few weeks once I feel that the paint has fully hardened, I will give her a good polish, seal and wax treatment.

Can I also ask where did you find the VW Motor Sport Sticker?

I got the VW Motor Sport stickers off ebay. If I remember correctly, the seller makes these and ships out of Hong Kong.

Very impressive!!!
I'm working on an '87 restoration of my own. I hope mine looks that good someday, but I doubt it!!!

Hi, I love your Cabriolet, it's gorgeous! I have a black 89 Cabriolet, Karmann edition. It's pretty decent shape and I am trying to get things improved on it. I was wondering if you knew where or how I can find an original/stock radio. Right now it has a sony cd player that was installed by the previous owner and I can't stand it. Just wondering, Thanks :)
