Got an email from Andre and it looks like we can do the transplant/rebuild for $6000-$7000. He really wants to do it and feels it would be a fun project for some of his younger techs. I'm intrigued by the thought of having a restored 1987 (0r is it still an '82?) VW Golf cabriolet.
I think about it for 5 mins and my response is: lets do it!
